Wight House Recovery

Making professional addiction treatment accessible to anyone , anywhere.

A Message From Our Founder:

After spending a decade in addiction and seven years working in addiction treatment across South Africa, Asia, and Europe, I have seen firsthand the barriers that keep people from getting the help they need. The high cost of inpatient treatment and life’s responsibilities often make recovery feel impossible—not just for those struggling, but for their loved ones too.

I created The Wight House Recovery Program to bridge that gap. Our mission is to make professional, individualized addiction treatment truly accessible. But we believe recovery is about more than just expertise—it’s about connection. That’s why we ensure that those seeking help aren’t just met with professionals, but with people who have lived it and understand it.

In my experience, recovery comes down to two things: the right willingness and the right help. If you have the willingness, we have the help.

Know all the theories, master all the techniques, but as you touch a human soul be just another human soul. — Carl Jung.

The Process

We understand that addiction and alcoholism are complex issues, so we follow a structured assessment process before program onboarding. This careful assessment ensures that we determine the appropriate level of care, tailoring our programs to meet the specific needs of each individual and their families. By doing so, we provide the most suitable and effective support for a successful recovery journey.

The Program

Our 12-week program is designed to get to the root of your problem. It offers a structured and easy-to-follow process that’s accessible anywhere—locally or internationally. It combines psycho-educational video resources, one-on-one counselling, and a true holistic approach to recovery.

Throughout the journey, you’ll walk alongside addiction specialists who’ve been where you are, receiving personalised guidance every step of the way. This process will provide the foundation for creating the life you’ve always dreamed of—beyond addiction.

For Families

Family members of addicts or alcoholics often feel powerless, a unique struggle best understood by those who have experienced it. Finding the right help is a major challenge for loved ones. There is a lot of uncertainty and fear. At Wight House Recovery, we understand this and emphasize the importance of connecting with someone who has walked the same journey. Our approach ensures empathetic and effective support for both individuals and their families.
